This is an integrated filling and capping machine carefully engineered for long term reliability, versatility and ease of changeover. It is modular in design and can be readily configured to handle stable or unstable bottles of glass, plastic or metal, a variety of different caps and closures including pump caps, and accurately fill liquids with a wide range of viscosities through the use of either piston pumps or flow meter systems.
It is a servo operated machine capable of filling small containers of less than 5 ml to containers of 2000 ml. It is capable of filling health and beauty products, household products, detergents and soaps, and can be equipped with an automated CIP system for sanitary filling of food products such as sauces and seasonings.
It can be equipped with an auger filler for filling powders and semi-liquids and supplied with HOPPMANN Feeders for bottles and caps.
